CTC Benefits HQ is committed to making CTC OrgSuccess™ usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices and assistive technology. We treat accessibility problems as defects and fix them. We do not claim a formal certification or third-party audit, because none has been independently verified.

Navigation, buttons, forms, menus and the Ami panel can be reached and operated with a keyboard. Focus is visible as you move, dialogs can be closed with the Escape key, and the mobile menu can be opened and closed without a mouse.

Pages use real headings in order, landmark regions, meaningful link text and labelled controls. Dialogs announce their purpose, status messages are announced, and images that carry meaning have descriptive text while decorative images are hidden from screen readers.

Text can be enlarged with your browser zoom without content being cut off, and layouts reflow for phones, tablets and desktops. Colours are chosen for readable contrast, and information is never conveyed by colour alone.

Every field has a visible label, required fields are marked, and errors are described in words next to the form rather than by colour or a symbol alone. Success messages confirm clearly what happened.

Ami's spoken introduction never plays automatically. You choose to start it, and you can pause, resume, replay, mute or stop it. The same words are always available as readable text and captions, so audio is never required to use the site.

If your device is set to reduce motion, entrance animations and movement are suppressed.
