Terms of Use

Access is by invitation from CTC Benefits HQ. There is no public account creation during the founding pilot. Joining is free and no payment method is collected. Invitations are issued to a named person for a specific organization and may be revoked.

The product is for use by the invited organization's leadership, staff, board members and advisors, for that organization's own purposes. It is not for reselling, benchmarking other organizations, or building competing services.

Each person uses their own account and keeps their sign-in details private. You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and removing access when someone leaves your organization.

Do not attempt to reach another organization's data, bypass permissions, probe or overload the service, upload harmful files, submit unlawful content, or use the service to harass anyone. Do not attempt to make Ami reveal internal instructions or other organizations' information.

Your organization decides what information to enter and remains responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to provide it. Do not enter member medical records, payment card numbers, government identifiers or similar sensitive records; the product is not designed to hold them. Never put confidential information into the public website chat.

Ami is a digital growth partner that produces written guidance. It is not a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, grant officer, insurance professional, medical professional or governance professional, and it does not provide professional advice. Ami can be wrong or out of date. Verify anything important, and have professional matters reviewed by a qualified professional.

CTC does not guarantee funding, grants, sponsorships, donations, revenue, non-dues income, cost savings, membership growth, retention, or any other organizational outcome. Results depend on your organization's own decisions, capacity and execution.

Guided programs and professional assistance are optional and separate from free access. They are governed by a written proposal or agreement that states the scope, fees and timing. Nothing on this website is an offer that creates a paid engagement, and no charge is ever taken automatically.

CTC OrgSuccess™, the CTC OrgSuccess name and mark, Ami, the assessment framework, scoring methods, templates and site content belong to Coast to Coast Communications, Inc. Your organization keeps ownership of the information it enters. You receive a limited right to use the product and its outputs for your own organization.

Products, services, providers and sponsors that may be introduced through CTC are supplied by third parties under their own terms. CTC may receive compensation in connection with them, disclosed before your organization decides. CTC is not responsible for a third party's products, pricing or performance.

CTC may suspend or end access for a person or an organization — including for acceptable-use violations, security concerns, or the end of the pilot. Your organization may stop using the product at any time. A suspended organization keeps only limited access; an archived organization becomes read-only.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the pilot. To the extent permitted by law, CTC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, CTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost funding, lost donations or lost membership. Because pilot access is provided free of charge, CTC's total liability relating to free access is limited accordingly. Paid engagements are governed by their own written agreement. This wording is intended for later legal review.
