CTC OrgSuccess™ is a guided process, not another dashboard to figure out. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.

Request access
Tell us about your organization through Ami or a short request. There is no cost and no credit card.
Step 2
Receive an invitation
During the founding pilot, CTC reviews each request and sends an invitation to the organization’s leader by email.
Step 3
Create the organization account
The invited leader creates the account, becomes the organization Owner and can invite colleagues with the access level each person needs.
Step 4
Complete the Organizational Health Assessment
Answer a structured set of questions covering membership, revenue, fundraising, programs, governance, staffing, technology and readiness. Save and return whenever you like.
Step 5
Review strengths, risks and opportunities
Receive scored results with your strengths, priority risks, information gaps and the opportunities that matter most for your organization right now.
Step 6
Work with Ami
Ami, your Growth Partner, discusses your results with you, answers questions and helps you weigh funding, membership, revenue and cost-reduction options.
Step 7
Build a focused 90-day action plan
Turn your top priorities into a short, realistic plan with owners and target dates instead of a long report nobody uses.
Step 8
Select optional products or professional assistance
If you want help executing, you may choose optional products or professional services. Costs are always disclosed before you decide, and nothing is required.
Step 9
Measure progress and organizational outcomes
Reassess over time to see how your health, membership, revenue and readiness change, and what to focus on next.
What to expect along the way
Your information stays private to your organization. Only the people you invite can see your assessment, results and plans, and CTC staff access is limited and recorded.
