Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us and the records the product needs to work: the details in an access request, your organization profile, assessment answers and results, Ami conversations, account and invitation records, and security and audit logs. We do not collect payment card details, because no payment is taken in the product.

When someone requests free access or contacts us, we store the category of the request, the name, organization, email address, optional phone number, the message, which program was of interest, the page the request came from, and the date and time. This is used only to respond and to decide whether to issue a pilot invitation.

Your organization profile — type, size, region, revenue range and similar context — is entered by your own people and belongs to your organization. It is used to produce your assessment results and Ami guidance.

Assessment answers, scores, findings and recommended actions are stored with your organization. A submitted assessment is kept as a fixed record so later results can be compared honestly. Only people in your organization who have been given the right permission can see results, and access can be granted or removed by your Owner or an administrator.

Public conversations on this website are anonymous. They are linked to a random session key held by your browser, not to a name or an organization, and they are deleted after the retention period. Conversations inside your signed-in workspace are stored with your organization and are visible only to people with permission there. Public Ami cannot read any organization's data.

We store the email address used to sign in, the roles held in each organization, and invitation records including who invited whom and when the invitation was accepted, revoked or expired. Sign-in credentials are handled by our authentication service and are never visible to CTC staff.

Important actions — invitations, role changes, ownership changes, assessment submissions, results being viewed, suspensions — are written to an append-only log that cannot be edited or deleted. Log entries are written in a redacted form and do not contain assessment answers or conversation content.

We use a small number of providers to run the product: hosting and application infrastructure, a managed database and authentication service, an email delivery service, and a language-model provider used to produce Ami's written responses. Providers act on our instructions. We do not sell information, and we do not allow providers to use your organization's information for their own advertising.

Sharing inside the product is controlled by your organization. Your Owner and administrators decide who may contribute to an assessment and who may see results. CTC staff do not become members of your organization and do not read your assessment answers or workspace conversations as part of normal operation.

Anonymous public conversations are deleted after 30 days. Organization records, assessments and results are kept while your organization participates, and audit records are retained because they cannot be altered. If your organization leaves, we keep only what we need for legal, security and record-keeping reasons.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you or your organization, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Use the Contact & Support page and choose “Privacy or data request.” We may need to verify that you are authorized to act for the organization. Some records, such as append-only audit entries, cannot be deleted; we will tell you when that applies.

CTC may receive compensation from approved providers, sponsors or partners in connection with optional products and services. Where that applies, the compensation arrangement is disclosed to your organization before you decide. No marketplace enrollment, referral or payment is active in the product today.
