Organizations share candid information with CTC OrgSuccess™ — finances, governance gaps, membership problems. These are the protections in place around it.
Invitation-only access
There is no open public sign-up during the pilot. Accounts are created from an invitation sent to a verified email address.
Roles and least privilege
Owners, administrators, managers and viewers each see only what their role requires. Ownership transfer is explicit and recorded.
Recorded activity
Sensitive actions — invitations, ownership changes, results access, staff access — are written to an append-only activity record that cannot be edited or quietly deleted.
Separated CTC staff access
CTC staff roles are distinct from organization roles. Staff are not automatically members of customer organizations.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Traffic is served over HTTPS and data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled managed database.
Ami’s boundaries
The public Ami conversation on this website has no access to any organization’s private information. Inside your account, Ami works only with your own organization’s data.
No payment data collected
No card or bank details are collected in the product. Optional paid services are quoted and invoiced separately.
