Ami & Responsible Use

Ami is your Growth Partner: a digital assistant that helps organizations think through funding, membership, revenue and readiness. Here is exactly what that means, and what it does not mean.

Ami providing organizational guidance within clear privacy and professional-use boundaries.
Ami, Your Growth Partner for CTC OrgSuccess.

Ami is Your Growth Partner

Ami helps your organization find funding ideas, strengthen membership, reduce expenses and spot opportunities to grow. Ami is a digital assistant, not a person, not an employee and not a licensed professional.

Public Ami and organization Ami are separate

The Ami on this website answers general questions for visitors. It has no access to any organization's profile, assessment answers, results, plans or documents. The Ami inside a signed-in workspace works with that one organization's information only. The two are separate systems, and a public conversation is never copied into an organization's workspace.

Do not share confidential information with public Ami

Please do not put confidential, financial, medical, member, donor, employee or account information into the public chat. Keep sensitive discussion inside your signed-in workspace, where organization permissions apply.

Guidance, not professional advice

Ami provides organizational guidance and general education. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, insurance, medical, employment or governance advice. Ami is not a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, grant officer, insurance professional, medical professional or governance professional.

No guaranteed results

Ami does not guarantee grants, sponsorships, donations, revenue, cost savings, membership growth or organizational success. Funding programs change, deadlines pass and eligibility rules differ. Confirm details with the funder or program directly.

Your organization stays in charge

Every decision remains your organization's decision. Leadership should review Ami's suggestions, apply local knowledge, and have significant matters reviewed by a qualified professional before acting.

Ami can make mistakes

Ami can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Where a suggestion depends on an outside source, Ami is expected to say so and to flag anything that needs human verification. Treat Ami as a well-read colleague, not as an authority.

Reporting a concern

If Ami says something inaccurate, inappropriate or concerning, tell us through the Contact & Support page. Include the page you were on and roughly when it happened. Reports are reviewed by CTC Benefits HQ staff.

Retention and review

Public conversations are anonymous, linked only to a random browser session key, and are deleted after 30 days. Authorized CTC staff may review conversations for safety, accuracy, misuse and quality. Conversations inside an organization's workspace are stored with that organization and are visible to people there who have permission.

Optional audio

Ami's spoken introduction only plays when you choose to play it. Nothing plays automatically, no microphone is used, and no recording of you is made.
